On the 28th June 2024, EJ acquired the industrial and commercial activities of Fondatel Lecomte, Hermelock, Imcoma and Stora-Drain from the Bremhove Group, thus pursuing its strategy of external growth in Europe.
These companies continue to operate under their recognized Fondatel, Hermelock and Stora-Drain brands, from their respective head offices and production sites, guaranteeing an efficient level of service. Alongside the EJ organization, they remain autonomous entities.
Fondatel, Hermelock and Stora-Drain propose a quality range of cast-iron and composite access solutions for urban networks operators, as well as polymer concrete drainage channels. The consistency of this offering and the level of service provided by a network of committed partners have enabled Fondatel, Hermelock and Stora-Drain to build up a significant commercial position in Europe.

Manufacturing in the
plant uses modern technologies, thanks to which polyester concrete drainage
channels are durable and prove themselves in all operating conditions. The
products made in the plant have a great variety of shapes and parameters.
The wide range of
products by STORA-DRAIN, featured in our product catalogue allows for a
systemic solution of rainwater drainage. Linear drainage channels guarantee effective
drainage of water from driveways, garage entrances, parking spaces, roads,
motorways, large-area halls, underground and multi-level car parks, commercial
areas and industrial parks. The polymer concrete used in production is a
material with very high durability and resistance to both moisture and low
temperatures in winter. Darinage channles made of it guarantee reliability at any
time of the year, regardless of the area and amount of water drained.
STORA-DRAIN brand’s
mission is to constantly improve quality and systematically introduce new
products to the market. Currently, the product range includes polyester
concrete channels, grids and gullies, which are distinguished by modern design.
In addition, our products are characterised by durability of the drains and a
layout of grate slots that is friendly for all pedestrians and
drivers. O.P.S.O. Sp. z o.o. manufactures polymer concrete products,
giving due focus on the environment and its resources. By introducing
innovative solutions and meeting our customers’ expectations, we actively
contribute to improving the environment.
We have the following
certificates: PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and the
Certificate of Hygiene from PZH.
Our drainage channels
are available for sale throughout Europe – we have our own warehouses and sales
offices in the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Germany
and Belgium.
